How to Apply for a South African Relatives Visa
A relative’s visa, including spousal or life partner visas, may be granted for up to two years to a foreign national who is an immediate family member of a South African citizen or permanent resident.
The citizen or permanent resident must demonstrate the ability to financially support the applicant with an amount of R8,500 per month per person to qualify for this visa.
